El-Rhythm Music Therapy Group Program

1. Commitment & Payment

You are committing to the full program, which typically runs for 8-10 weeks for full term and 2-4 weeks for trial program.

New Song Music Therapy reserves the right to cancel the sessions if in the case of fewer than four participants sign ups. In this case, you will be notified prior to the start of the term and offered alternative session times. If these alternatives do not work for you, you can either defer your enrollment to the next term or receive a refund.

  • Private-funded participants will be invoiced upon confirmation of registration, with payment required prior to the start of the program.

  • NDIS participants will receive an invoice after each session and is due in full by the stated due date on the invoice.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • No refunds or make-up sessions will be offered for any missed sessions due to limited groups size.

  • If the facilitator needs to cancel a session, a rearranged session will be offered within the term or school holidays. Refund can be made if there is no suitable alternative time is available.

3. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

  • A parent or guardian must be present in all sessions.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their child at all times during the program.

  • Participants are kindly requested not to attend if they are unwell. If your child has had a fever, vomiting, or diarrhea in the past 48 hours, please refrain from attending the session.

4. Photography & Media Consent

  • The program may involve the taking of photos or videos for promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please inform us in writing prior to the first session.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Your personal information is collected solely for the administration of the program and will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent.

  • All personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and kept confidential at all times.

6. Safety & Liability

  • While every effort is made to ensure a safe and supportive environment, participation in the program is at the participant’s own risk.

  • New Song Music Therapy is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during program participation.

By enrolling in the El-Rhythm music therapy group program, you confirm your understanding and agreement with these terms and conditions.
